Yacht storage in the winter is for people who have helped and volunteered throughout the year. It’s £8.50 a foot.
We “Crane Out” of the water mid October and “Crane In” beginning of April ( 3 April 2010 ) and the fee is £55 each way.

DINGHIES etc

Dinghies owned by Members may be stored in the main compound for the sailing season only, from the day after Crane In day to the day after Crane Out day on payment of the fee in advance, specified on the Annual Membership application form. The Hon. Secretary will provide a numbered sticker that must be affixed to the dinghy

Dinghies owned by Brixham Junior Sailing Club & Hobie cats are subject to separate arrangements. From 2010, they must also have a current year numbered sticker attached.

Hobie Cats may be stored in the main compound for a whole year , if there is space, at a fee, payable in advance of £ 200 ( 2010 ). See Membership Application Form. They must have a current year numbered sticker attached.

All dinghies & catamarans are subject to removal from the compound for BYC special events & championships, without compensation.

Brixham Yacht Club reserves the right to remove all dinghies not bearing the correct numbered sticker and to sell the dinghy without reference to the Owner.

FEES : WINTER 2009 / 2010  £ 100.     SAILING SEASON 2010 :  Up to 15 ft.  £ 50. Over 15 ft. £ 60.       WHOLE YEAR : Hobie cats £ 200

TENDERS & ENGINES

Tenders (inflatable dinghies) and engines can be stored in our other compound, please refer to your subscription form or contact the club under general enquiries.    TENDERS: £35   OUTBOARDS: £15  ( 2010 ). Members are not permitted access or storage in Shed 3
