Announcements by the Honorary Secretary
An EGM was held on Monday 16th October as advised in the Autumn newsletter mailing.
The motion as stated was carried. Formal minutes of the meeting will be published with AGM notices in 2007.

Will ALL members requiring to contact the honorary secretary through electronic means, please use the form provided on this web site. If neccessary the Hon.Sec will reply using standard e-mails.
All e-mails sent to the Honorary Secretary through this web site will be
redirected to the club computer and will be answered as soon as possible. .
Due to a vast number of spam e-mails being sent to the Honorary
Secretary's e-mail address it has been decided to remove the direct link on the
home page and instead insert a form on the "Contacts" page where
there is a link to the Honorary Secretary. It is hoped that this may reduce the
numbers of spam e-mails sent to this address.
Club Members may, on occasions, be requested to produce their
current Membership Card as, with an ever increasing membership, it is not
possible for our staff to know every member personally. If so requested, please co-operate with such
a request by carrying your Membership Card at all times when using Club facilities.
