Sailing Events

Thanks to the wonderful sailing arena that is Torbay, Brixham Yacht Club has become one of the foremost centres for hosting National Sailing Championships along with its own Regatta and invitational race events.

For 2025 the following events are scheduled:

• Flag Officer's Regatta
• J24 Nationals
• BYC Yacht Regatta
• International Canoe Nationals
• Cadet Nationals
• Comet Trio Nationals
• BYC Dinghy Regatta

During 2024 we welcomed:

• Yachting World Dayboat National Championship
• Riviera Dinghy Regatta
• Heritage Regatta
• OK Class National Championship
• Hadron Class National CHampionship
• K1 class National Championship
